If your rear your own animals, we offer a full private butchery service. This includes local collection, butchery to your specification, the option of adding on additional services such as sausage making and a finish and packing service. Quotations are available on request and full cutting sheets will be provided on booking.
We also provide butchery courses for amateur butchers who just want to learn some basic skills all the way up to experienced chefs looking to learn specialist skills. Our courses can be booked for one on one tuition or for groups.
